Need assistance? The team at International Grocery Club has compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions below. If you can’t find the answer you're looking for or need further help, feel free to reach out anytime.

How can I shop at the club?

There are a few steps you would need to complete in order to have the access to the membership benefits.

  1. Go to Membership Page and choose the plans that works for you to become a member of the club. Skip this step if you already have the membership and start with step 2.  

  2. Click on Store Page and add items to your cart.

  3. Go to Book Appointment Page and choose the service to collect your groceries.

  4. Go back to your cart and checkout.

What are your club hours?

We are open

Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00am-6:00pm (no appointment needed for Shopping).

​Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday by appointment only.

​                                                                                      Closed on Saturday

You can contact us via phone or email about appointments outside of Open Hours. The club visits are by appointments only except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the open hours. On occasion, we might contact you to re-book an appointment due to limited staff availability.

How do I make an appointment?

You can fill out an appointment form on our website at Book Appointment  . You can also text or send us an email. All the appointments are made for the next day. Please call for the same day appointment. The same day appointments are possible, but not guaranteed and subject to availability.

Do you offer home/work place delivery?

Yes, we offer free home/work place delivery to towns of Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head for any orders with the subtotal above $100 . There is a $40 charge for deliveries under $100 in subtotal. Delivery option is not available with 1 Week Membership. Please fill out delivery form through Book Appointment. There are 1 hour delivery slots available for booking. Someone should be present at the delivery location to accept the order. We won't leave groceries unattended, unless instructed by the customer otherwise. The order will be taken back to the store and will be stored until the customer picks it up. We won't attempt to re-deliver the same order. 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google pay.

How much is the membership?

We have 3 plans available to become a member of our club. Please checkout the information at Membership Page

Do I have to obtain a membership to be able to shop at the club?

Yes, you will need to choose one of our membership plans to be able to checkout. However ,you can browse our online store without obtaining a membership. You won't be able to schedule an appointment without a membership.

Why is the Tasting Event unavailable for booking?

Tasting events are only available for members with 1 Year Membership. As soon as there is a set day for tasting you will receive a notification and will be able to book the time slot for that day on our website. An announcement will be posted on the website as well. Tasting events are organized no less then once in 2 months. There is only 1 tasting event during the summer months of June, July and August. A member can bring his/her immediate family only, which may include the member's children and a significant other. 

You don't have an item that I want in stock, can you get it for me?

Any members with 1 Year Membership are able to put in a request for specific items and we will try our best to have them delivered with the next shipment. We only work with a limited amount of warehouse hence we might not always capable of providing the items you put the request for. In this case we will try to find an alternative product that might satisfy your needs.
