Service Description
The Pickup option is only available for orders placed through our online store. A pick-up can only be scheduled as far as 7 days in advance and no earlier then a day before. Please arrive at the Club location at the scheduled time. A staff member will be on site waiting for you at the lobby with your order ready for a pickup. Please check your order to make sure it's accurate and complete before leaving. Please make sure to contact us in case you are more then 10 minutes late for the pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel or reschedule their own bookings online. Please cancel/reschedule no later than 1 hour prior to the scheduled event (please give us a call to reschedule for the same day).
